Hey Roger, quick question, my pump on my 3155 just Stopped working for some unknown reason, and have tried all that at I can to get it running but no luck. I was wondering if I need contact tunze o:fish1:r bulk reef?

I just had a similar issue with a pump that was only about 4 months old. As it turns out, there was some sand in the bottom of my ro storage bucket for some reason. I took a screwdriver and manually forced the white impeller in the bottom of the unit and it got "unstuck". At least I think that is what happened. It also could be that an airbubble became unlodged when I was messing with it.

Yea I tried that and its spinning fine. I think the pump in general went out.

It could be corrosion on the ends of the pump wires causing this. Please detach the pump from the controller and make sure the wires are shiny. You can cut off and strip a little wire if you need to.

If that doesn't help, try touching the ends of the pump wires to a 9V battery and see if it spins. Let me know what you find and we'll get it figured out.

Ok I will try that now. Thanx for responding with a possible fix. Have a great weekend. Will update you when I finish the test.

Did you try the 9V battery test? Touching the pump wires directly to the battery terminals? This would help rule out if it is the pump or the controller.

I would agree, just email me your invoice and a photo of the pump and we will get a replacement out-
