Tunze Calcium Dispenser

A few months ago I bought the Tunze Calcium Dispenser to go with my Osmolator. I'm now getting ready to hook it up and I can't believe it but I've lost the instructions! Doesn't look too hard but I don't want to make a mistake. Does anyone have a copy and can make a few scans?

laurence - have you set it up yet? I was wondering how it works - are you using it for kalk to add to your top off water? - I was thinking about using it or just adding it to my top off container but then I would be worried about my osmolator pump seizing up with calcium over time
how is the 902 working for you now? I remember you got yours about the same time I got mine and were having a lot of overflows

I found the manual finally - under a pile on my desk, heh. Set it up and it works great. I don't have a Calcium Reactor yet so this will be delivering the tanks calcium needs for now. I don't have any calcium needing coral in there yet anyway (apart from some freebies I got with my LR). Just soak the feed pump in a glass of vinegar every 3 months and there won't be any seizing issues.

The 902 is fantastic but it take a week for it to dial in. Been playing with skimmate production lately to weigh up dry vs wet. I got my LR at the weekend and have it curing in some plastic boxes and the die-off is incredible. The spare room is quite toxic to the nose, lol. So I'm putting some LR in the skimmer section of the sump and set the 902 to run super wet so the skimmer is skimming out the die-off I hope. Going to create a new thread on this in the main forum as I need some advice on how quickly I can add the LR without breaking the bio-filter.

When I cured my rock, I changed 20% of the water a day and I would run some carbon and phosphate remover. At the end it wouldn't be a bad idea to change 80+% of the water. At the end of my cure even with the water changes Nitrate was 100+ ppm. I used this to experiment with zeolith which brought it down to 2ppm in 4 weeks.

Thanks Roger. I'm just hoping I can reduce the volume of rock in the tubs somewhat so I'm going to add some LR to the sump every now and again.
