Dose anyone know if Tunze.com is shipping out parts yet? My wife place an order on August 27. She hasn't receive the parts yet or a tracking #.

We generally do not email tracking info do to a lack of time, it is me and 2 employees and one just started Monday. We started shipping orders on the 10th and finished catching up yesterday on shipping all items that were in stock, we had one order we could not fill until next week and 2 partial fills. If you Pm me your name I will verify it shipped.

I purchased a part that was broken during shipping for my 3155 ATO and ordered a part from tunze.com and it took a few weeks. I finally received the part yesterday and hooked it up and what a great unit. Ended up coming from Texas not Germany.
