Tunze help please!!!

I have a 6100 turbelle. When I plug it into the controller #7905, it makes high pitch sound and doesn't work. I remove it from the controller it doesn't make any high pitch sound but still not working. The motor seems to be vibrating but the propeller does not move. What's wrong? Please help!!!!

Take a look at the sticky post at the top of this forum. Likely needs cleaned.

Yeah, i agree. Look like your pump need a vinegar bath...

Hi,

It happened right after I cleaned it. It's clean and is not working.

Did you take everything apart for cleaning or you just clean the outside of the pump? Did you remove the rear bushing and the upper bearing? If you did, Did you put it back properly?

I took them apart and cleaned the propeller. I believed that i put them back properly. I have done this before.

What is the rear brushin and upper bearing?

Rear bushing is in the back of the impeller attach to the motor block. You may need to use the wood screw to remove it. Make sure that part getting clean as well as the upper bearing. The sticky has all the picture of which part you need to remove and clean.

Thanks all for your help!!! The sticky post really help. I didnt know there is an o-ring and smaller part at the other end of the propeller. I clean them and it works now.
