its doing my head in every time it comes on it comes on when the lights comes on it clicks its very noisey to what the hell is rong with it iv cleaned it but it still click ......................................... all the time the inpelor comes out thow do i need a new motor its the old model nano wave box 6206

I need more information. How old is the 6206? Did it work fine before and this just started happening?

yes its abaut 2 and years old now

I think you just need a new drive unit, 6055.700, a new disk would make it quieter than ever since these changed about 18 months ago. The new style disk is 6055.740 and you want to remove the old 6025.740 first. The click is likely because the propeller is loose on the magnet and clicks on every start.

is the drive shaft the long metal shatf that the propeller slides on dose this come out to or is it fixed on to the motor permently becouse it comes out on my model

The drive shaft should never come out, about the only way they come out is if the pump was not cleaned and the drive unit fused to the shaft at some point. The parts I listed are about $15 for both. I assume you are in Yorkshire England? In that case you would want to contact Tunze UK, if the hole for the shaft is still tight, it may be possible to press it securely back in. If it is loose, the only repair will be a new pump, which is about $155.
