Tunze mod to have wider flow

OK. Bring this old thread back. 
I am finally sitting up my tank - 150g SPS (4'x3'x2') and I the 2 Tunze 6105 are kicking the sand (they are not sugar size) all over even on 30% power. That's how powerful they are. Since my tank is Peninsula style, I positioned both Tunze in the right side pointing left. Is there a particular setting I can chose so it doesn't kick the sand all over and yet provide enough flow for the SPS?
Or should I get the wider face?
