tunze nano 6025 quit on me today

What should I do?
the pump is not on any type of wavemaker or timer, Pump has worked great until this morning.
I took it out to clean it and make sure nothing was obstructing it...

no, it looks fine.
The unit looks new, it just does not come on...

How old is the pump? Have you tried another drive unit or pushing the drive unit to start it? I am just curious if the issue is the drive unit or the motor so we know what you need.

This is ironic... As I was typing a message to tell you how it doesn't work, I decided to plug it in one more time after it has been out of the tank all weekend and it fired right up. However, when putting it back into my tank I noticed that the clip has a crack in it and will barely hold the unit. The unit is about a year old, is there any way I can get a new clip?

Yes, I can send a clip, the clips have been redesigned. The pump sounds like one of the first ones. Does the shaft pull out or is it firmly in place?

Why not send me the pump so we can just replace it, clamp and all.
