Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152 (Problem)

Hi,
When I checked my tank this morning the water level was low.
I am running a Tunze Nano Osmolator 3152. I seem to have a problem.
I check all connections, when I unplug the power and plug it back in
the pump only runs a couple of seconds then stops. I hope someone can help. Also
when I remove the sensor and move the float up nothing happens.
Any ideas what's wrong.

If it was working before, the issue is likely a bad pump. If this is a new install, we need to look at other possibilities.

Thank you for you response. I did order a new pump. But the reviews
are not so good. Several people say that the pump is good but
only lasts about year. Can you please explain to me why they only last
a year? The reviews were on amazon.

They do have a 2 year warranty, we generally expect them to last 2-3 years. The only exception would be if they are used in kalkwasser, that will cut the life to 12-18 months.
