Is there a replacement for the smoked plastic valve holder available in the UK (the bit which attaches to the magnet)?

You can order any spare part on Tunze.com and it will just ship by mail from Tunze Germany, part 3152.630. You could also call or email Tunze UK and see if they have them in stock, it is a common part so they may well have it.
