Tunze Nano Pump making buzzing sound?

My Tunze Nano pump is making a buzzing sound? I am not sure what is going on. Was worried since I just want to make sure I am not leaking electricity in the tank... Any ideas?

It would be very unlikely for electricity to make any noise in this setting, My guess would be that there is some sort of foreign object or calcium build up inside the pump. I would take it apart and clean it and be sure to remove the impeller and clean the hole that spins on the metal shaft, fine debris in this area is a key cause of such a noise. If the pump is plugged into a GFI and running without setting off the GFI you can be virtually certain it is safe.
