Tunze nano still has issues

So I posted a while back about my nano running backwards and not always starting when I turn it on. I tried to live with it (thinking it would somehow fix itself) but I actually had to take it out this past weekend and put my SEIO back in. The SEIO is to big and ugly for my small 30 Gal tank.

What can I do to get my tunze Nano fixed or do I just waste some money and buy a new one. ?

Just send it in and we will repair it or replace it, whatever it needs.

If the holder is OK I only need the pump itself.

ok. Do you need proof of purchase information with it. Any documentation or just the unit in a box.?

Any invoice is helpful but it is still warranty, the pumps haven't been out long enough for that to be an issue.
