Is the back part of the magnet attachment (i.e. the part that you would normally put outside of the tank submersible? I'd like to mount one in my internal overflow rather than through the glass.

The pic of the two pumps in the 24g nanocube looked like they were mounted on the internal false wall, but I couldn't tell for sure.

they definetly will mount on any overflow/false wall both sides are identical both submersable
