tunze nano wave box

any boday using the nano tunze wave box below the water like the instructions s say iv got a low wave set on the wave box its 1 inch above the water line it seem to be moving the sand at the front of the aquarium any idears on the mater at the other end of the aquarium is a tunze 6045 iv set the controler to 24 volts is this ok or can i change the voltage to say 18 is this ok

The wavebox will work completely submerged but the wave is shorter than if it is not completely submerged. You can lower the voltage to reduce the strength of the wave.

ill try the voltage mate what is the voltage for 12 18 24 volts could explain please is it for difrent countrys then

That is the voltage, 12 volt, 18 volt, 24 volt, that sets the pump strength which sets the wave height. For a Nano wavebox you should have 12, 15, 18, 20, 22 and 24.
