tunze nanoskimmer every get to skim dry

does anyone have one and can you get to skim dry.i tried closeing the valve waydown, rising the skimmer higher i still get wet foam and tea color skim.i have 4 green chromis a marron clown fish and a six line wrasse and various hermit crabs,snails.its all in a 40 gallon tank and i feed once a day,or just need a better skimmer for size of tank.

it is my understanding that the nano skimmers are not supposed to skim dry drop your question in the tunze forum and shawn or roger will promptly asnswer you question ..
