tunze not working

I have purchased 2 tunze 6200 streams in the last year. The first stopped working about 6 months ago, I ordered another from marine depot. Unfortunately the second one stopped working also. I did want to sent the first one in for service but never got around to it. I would like to send both at this point for service.
