Tunze on a 90?

Would one 6060 be enough in my 90 with a 600 gph return crossing in the middle of the tank? I'm going to keep mostly SPS and have 2-3 inches of Southdown.

Yes, but the 6000 would be better with the single controller because the pulsing feature creates a more random flow.

$$$$$$$$$$. Where is the best mounting position for these? Can they be mounted in a corner and aimed toward the center? Would the 6060 be too much constant flow? bacause I also though about using a SCWD on my return with this for a little randomness.

Yes, corner mount too the center is the best if you just use one. I would just do it, otherwise you will end up with the SCWD, be unhappy and just end up throwing more money away, it is best to just buy what you really need, it is simpler and cheaper in the long run. It is up to you but the 6000 is really worth the extra money.

Here is a shot of my 90 gallon with 2 6000 Tunze streams connected to a multicontroller. The stream on the left is attached to the side of my overflow. They are aimed a little outward from the center. The tank is about 6 months old.
