Well I can speak about Vortech customer service now. I got mine today and had a minor cosmetic wiring issue with one of the controllers. I posted in the Ecotech forum and they answered my question in no time. I was able to fix the issue in about 2 minutes. Plus, they look cool .

Ya but unfortunately with the great Ecotech customer service it is too bad that you need to use it as much as I do.

Never use it for my Tunze.
