Purchased this from a canadian dealer back in february was working fine until recently. It will not pump water. Keeps making "chug" noise every few seconds. Turned it upside down submerged unplugged and plugged back in nothing happens. Sounds like the motor is dead. Can someone please help?

I would contact the dealer or Xenia Inc (distributor for Canada) for warranty service. www.xeniainc.com It is likely a dead pump.
