I purchased my ATO back on August 29, 2013, so I think it's still under warranty? I know it's the pump that is bad because I grabbed the pump from my Nano (Osmolater 3152 Nano) and connected it to the controller and placed it in the top off reservoir for my 90 gallon, works fine.
From researching other threads on here I put the presumed bad pump into a pitcher of water, hooked it up to a 9V, you can hear the pump running, but it doesn't pump any water. I looked at the bottom of the pump and the white impeller isn't spinning. I tried the same with the pump from my Osmolator 3152 and the white impeller spins when connected to the 9V.
Is my pump still under warranty or do I need to purchase a new one?
