Tunze Osmolator 3155 feeding

I recently installed a Tunze Osmolator 3155 to my system and love the way it works.
Yet my wife and I do not like the alarm going off during feeding time (water level raises in sump due to pump in feeder mode).
I realize this defeats the purpose but is there a way to program the unit so that the alarm doesn't go off during feeding time?
It seems like un plugging and plugging back in is extreme.

I don't know how yours is set up. Mine's plugged into a power bar controlled by my tank controller, and I just turn that socket off during feeding. I have it set to delay turning back on, so it doesn't come on until the return pump has been running for a while and the sump level has dropped to where it should be.

The draw back to unplugging it or switching it off is it fills for 15 seconds every time it comes on. The alarm can be turned off, the manual explains how, it is a jumper inside the controller.

That doesn't bother me on my 260g tank, I evaporate over a gallon a day. On the other hand, the 90g I'm building evaporates very little. It's going to be getting a Spectrapure UPLC, hopefully it won't have the alarm, or won't pump a whole bunch when it gets turned back on.
