Tunze Osmolator 3155 Sensor Issues

I a have Tunze Osmolator 3155 that is still under warranty. My issue is that yesterday the sensor decided to stop working. It thinks that the water is level and does not read when the water gets low. I tried cleaning the sensor but not luck. Another issue is, when I purchased the unit I noticed the power adapter is very sensitive when plugging it into 5017, like a loose connection. Never cared enough to complain since the 5017 is always stationary and never needing to unplug the power from the unit, but is annoying. The Tunze has no corrosion or has ever been wet or close to the tank.

How do I go about getting this replaced or repaired?

Thank you

Steve,

Please send in the controller and power supply and we will get it repaired, include a copy of your receipt if available and a note with your return address and phone number. Without a receipt, warranty will be from date of production.
