Tunze osmolator 3155

Hi there Roger,

I was wondering if there is a way to stop the osmolator from dispensing water for several seconds (I believe it is around 20) every time it is turned back on. I have acquired the calcium dispenser 5074 and do not want to dispense a lot of kalkwasser into the tank just because there was a power outage or because I had to turn off the osmolator for some reason. I fear this could lead to a significant spike in PH which could affect the animals in the tank.

The only way you could control this is to open the osmolator and turn down the pump speed so far less would be added in the time and otherwise to avoid interruptions of the power. Their is no way to disable this.

Thanks! Never used Kalk so am a bit nervous about adding too much at once and trashing the tank. Turning the power down May not work because I need more than 1m of head hight.

At the lowest power it can handle over 1.5 meters. I would add very little kalk at first to test everything out.
