Tunze Osmolator 5017 Malfuntioning

My Tunze Osmolator with the 5017 controller started to malfunction yesterday. It started to flash the 2 red lights and beep and not pump water. I checked the troubleshooting guide which mentioned a failure inside the controller, probably due to moisture. My controller is not near any water. I have a basement sump and the area the sump is in has a dehumidifier running at all times. I did open up the controller and did not see any moisture inside. I purchased new from BRS last Nov/Dec for my new setup in January. Is this something that can be repaired? And if so, can I get the address and do I just send in the controller or include the pump and sensor? I do have a new Nano Osmolator that I bought at first and then decided to get the larger size for my tank so I think I will run that in the meantime.
Thanks in advance

I attach a photo of the most common issue. This is caused by the power supply tip being plugged into the controller while wet, the photo shows under the power plug which has been desoldered. If the damage is minor I can usually repair it. In some cases it is not water damage, the board has an integral safety where a short or open circuit causes this shut down to avoid a runaway pump with no safeties to stop it, a defective component or cold solder joint can also cause it. Send it in to me and include a note with return address and phone number.
