Tunze Osmolator (5017) pump quit

My Tunze Osmolator is not topping off. The sensor system is working fine, but the motor that pumps the water is not turning the impeller, although the motor does hum for a few minutes before the controller gives up trying to pump the water.

Does the impeller need periodic cleaning? I can find no way to open it. If not, how do I go about getting a replacement pump part?

The pump is replaced as a unit, they generally last 2-3 years, half that if used with kalkwasser. Part 5000.020. They are sealed and cannot be opened or cleaned. How old is it?
