Hi

My 5017 is not working, when I plug in the controller, yellow and green light are flashing. Please advise.

How old is it? Is it possible to see a video? Have you tried disconnecting the pump to see if a faulty pump is the cause and it then lights up normally?

Figure out the problem. My pump seize and the power plug went dead. I have 2 other tanks and i use the same ato. Mixed and match to see what die. Who would have guess both die at the same time.

It is unlikely but over a longer time the bad pump could damage the power supply due to an overload. I would say coincidence is equally probable, for example the pump died and the power supply tip got wet at some point in troubleshooting.
