Tunze Osmolator missing parts?

So I bought this used Osmolator and it looks like I might be missing some parts? Looks like the tubing for the metering pump as well as the mounting clamp is missing.

Also I'm not sure the older style mounting brackets are complete...they have velcro on the back of them and I'm not sure that's going to be applicable for my application (sump). I thought there was supposed to be a way to clamp these to the rim of the sump? I may just go magnet mounts here...not sure.

I have a pic here:

That is a fairly old unit, 2002-2006 I would guess. I would be reluctant to invest much into it as a lot has changed and these units are nearing the end of life and some parts are no longer available.

The rails are missing the 3000.240 clamp holders, one may have it from the picture. The pump should be connected with a European terminal connector, I would make sure the wiring is clean and free of corrosion. The power supply will only work if switched to 9V, at 12V, the pump will stall to a stop from an overload and can burn out the controller.

You would need the tubing, part 5000.390 and a clamp for the tubing, parts 5000.240 and 0102.450. I would make sure what you have works and the pump runs and all sensors respond before making any investment in parts.

Thanks for the reply Roger!

I see...well I picked it up for relatively cheap...but not cheap enough to want to spend tons of money on it, only to have to end up replacing the more expensive bits later.

I'm assuming the brackets/clamps and such are going to be discontinued completely in favor of the magnet holders...would this be incentive to go ahead and grab a magnet holder? I figure if the controller, sensors, and pump work it might be worthwhile? Or maybe those items too, are outdated?

The power supply it came with has the American terminal conncector with a 9V/12V switch on the front. The previous owner had it up and running up until I bought it...so I'm assuming it works. I wasn't there to pick it up myself, so I didn't get to inspect it beforehand, but my buddy that did said he saw it in working order. The wiring looks pretty clean to me.

As for those parts...do you happen to know if they are in stock? Also, I'm in Austin as well...do y'all do local pickups on such items?

Thanks again Roger!

I don't imagine the holders will be replaced anytime soon and I would be hard pressed to spend $35 on the magnet holder considering in a year or a few you will need to likely replace the unit and it will include magnet holders.

What I was referring to as a European Terminal Connector is what should be used to attach the pump instead of the wire nuts, the wire nuts can trap water and lead to more corrosion issues. You can pick up the correct connector at any Radio Shack.

I have all these parts in stock, but please call first to be sure someone is here, it is just 3 of us and often myself or Craig are out running errands.
