Tunze Osmolator nano 3152 - damaged equipment-BNIB?

I purchased a 3152 on Wednesday and it arrived today while I was at work. Tonight when I had time to start installing it I opened everything up, sat down and started reading the manual while I was putting everything together and noticed the sensor housing had one of the four clips broke off. Is this common? It seemed very tightly packed so there shouldn't have been things moving around much during shipping.

How can I get this replaced? Is there anything else fragile that I should be worried about if that got damaged? Including a picture to show what I mean, thanks!

This is the only part we ever see with shipping damage on this product, if you can just email me your invoice we will get you out a replacement- Tunze at sbcglobal dot net

I will be out the rest of the day, I am fairly sick and just stopped in to take care of urgent issues. I will be back in tomorrow.
