Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 not working

i have this unit for about a year and half. how do i know which part is not working ? not matter what i do the pump doesn't turn on. is it the pump or something else not working ?

If you can hold the controller to your ear and when you raise and lower the float inside, it is 90% chance it is just the pump. You can also try touching the pump wires to a 9V battery, if it doesn't work, we know for sure it is the pump.
