Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 not working

My Tunze Osmolator Nano 3152 has stopped working. I have had it for a year with no issues but now i don't think power's reaching the pump.

In the past if there is air trapped, i can hear the pump running but no sound coming from the pump at all

All plugs seems to be plugged in and no obstruction in the float switch, or return hose either. tried to manually move the float switch to see if atleast the pump kicks in, but no such luck. its just quiet

also tried running it with a spare 12v power supply. still not working

any ideas for troubleshooting?

The impeller has disconnected from the motor shaft, email me a copy of the receipt and we will send a new pump.

hi Roger, thanks for getting back to me. emailing you shortly. thank you

I've been having a problem with my Tunze 3152. The water level activates that little black box, but the pump doesn't do anything. The box just makes a strange beeping sound. I tried to get out any air bubbles and also primed the pump, per others recommendation, but so far nothing has helped.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

you might want to start a brand new thread regarding this. i am sure Roger@Tunze will be able to help you troubleshoot your problem.

Yes, I unplugged it every which way. Not sure if the impeller looking thing on the bottom is supposed to move, but it isn't moving at all.

OK, so the motor runs but the impeller stays stationary? If so the pump is bad and we can get you a new one.
