Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155 Sensor Issue

I ordered the Tunze Osmolator Universal 3155 back on 12/28/11 and it has been working great until recently.I noticed that it is not auto sensing and filling up when the water level is low. I will unplug it and it runs the normal cycle of turning on for 10 seconds, but then it turns off and the light is green. The water level is still low and I think the sensor maybe bad. This model does have the adjustable pump knob inside. Is there a way to troubleshoot this or can you tell me how to fix it? I have cleaned the sensor with vingear and it looks pretty clean and same results. If it is truely bad, where is a good place to order them from? Thanks!

We generally only sell this as an installed part as the old one must be unsoldered from the board and the new one soldered in. It is not a terribly expensive repair, $28.80 for the part, no charge for labor, actual return shipping costs.
