TUNZE Osmolator?

i have a brand new TUNZE Osmolator it work fine for the fist 5 days but today the too high alarm turn on so i when to check and water label was high so i turn the unit off and lower the water label then i turn the unit back on and it show that the water label was low star to pumping water until it water label was high again

The pump will be triggered to turn on *every* time the unit is plugged in. This is part of the self-diagnostic startup procedure and occurs irrespective of the water level.

Are the sensors mounted in the main aquarium or in the sump?
