tunze osmolator

Hi I purchased a tunze osmolator for a 150 gallon tank almost a year ago. Worked great! It was simply connected to my sump which was the same level. Well I sold the 150 gallon tank but kept the tunze purchase a red sea Maxx 250. Set up the ATO and it tries to pump the water up but it's not the same level. It's about 4ft high. Is the pump not strong enough to push the water that high? Any other options?

Not sure if it's strong enough or not but I know they come stock set at medium. You can on screw the controller and inside you will see a setting., just put it at max.

Even at the middle setting it should handle 4ft. Try tipping the pump upside down while submerged to purge any air and make sure the tubing is free of any kinks.

Thank you it actually worked! It was set to nano. I switched it to max and it works great!
