Tunze Osmolator

Roger,

I have an issue with the tunze ato. It seems like I am getting bubbles in the pump and it is not pumping water into the tank. I had to turn the pump upside down to release all the bubbles. This happened a few times.

Any suggestions to fix this issues. I always have enough water in reservior to cover over the pump. Thanks.

How high is the pump pushing the water? I had an issue when I first set mine up that it would siphon from the tank then get air locked.

This is normal for this pump since there is an airspace to trap bubbles. Try turning it upside down under water and shake a little each time you refill the reservoir. I can't reach mine so just suck a little air out of the tube outlet with a syringe and that always works and just takes a second to do.
