Tunze pls help ATO not working

Hey tunze its just my luck; beginning of Easter weekend and my osmolator universal 3155 isnt pumping any water into my sump. ive had this unit since October and it has been working great till now. the controller and eye reads low water but pump wont click on and start pumping. i checked the lines to make sure everything is connected properly, i also made sure my water line is not clogged,i blew into the pump to make sure thats not clogged as well. i unplugged and replugged the power to see if it just needed a reset but still nothing. unfortunately this just happened after your guys business hours what should i do? ive only had this unit a little under 6 months. what do i need to do to get your product working as it should. i love this thing and i know what its capable of, please help me. thank you for your time.

Test the pump by connecting the bare wires to a 9V battery, if it doesn't work, we know for sure it is the pump and we can arrange a replacement.

solved the issue. i noticed one of the screws were just a tad bit loose to where it didnt contact the wire. sucks i wish i had the newer one that have the better connectors. i totally forgot i had that type of fitting from the pump wire to the wire to the controller. thanks tunze for the help.
