Tunze ppwerhead kicks on sporadically

I have a Tunze 6105 power head. Bought it used a couple years ago and have had no issues. I've had it on a pulse setting of running for 2 second then off for 2. Recently I noticed it not working. Sometimes when I grab it it will kick on and run for a few minutes then stop again. I took apart and cleaned up a bit but no real debris out anything. Still just sporadically working. Any advise on what's wrong and how I can fix it?? Thanks

Do you know if the pump is pre Nov 2011 with a removable shaft that spans the front cover to the back of the motor or post Nov 2011 with a fixed shaft that is permanently part of the motor and only reaches nearly the top of the impeller well? Most likely it is a loose shaft.

I believe it's pretty 2011. I opened it up and tinkered with it before. Anything I can do to make sure it's more secure?

So the shaft reaches all the way to the front cover and has a blue bushing on the top and bottom, one seated down in the motor and one in a hole in the center of the front outlet? If so you likely need new bushings. If it is post Nov 2011 the shaft has a knurling on the end (looks like a gear with very shallow teeth) and it was pressed into the base of the pump during manufacturing. This kind if the seat is too worn to hold the shaft, the motor must be replaced.
