Tunze pumps for 150g Aquarium

Hi,

I have 150g (600 liter, 140cm long, 66cm depth) Aquarium and was thinking about new tunze pumps for circulation

What will be your proposal for pump combination?

how many pumps? what models?
which controller?

is it possible to use the pumps such as 6085 or just adjustable pumps such as the 6055?

If your 150 is a 4 footer, then I'd recommend you start with two 6105s and a 7095 Controller. This could be perfect depending on your reef structure (open vs reef wall) and types of corals kept (sps/lps or softies)

Check out the 7096 Controller coming who knows when as well.

For your tank size, you would go with 2x6105 and 7095 or 7096 multi controller. 6085 is not controllable but you can run it on timer for the minimum of 15mins interval or more. The 6055 will be too weak for your tank unless you want 6-8 of them running in your tank.
