Tunze return

Roger,

which Tunze return would you recommend for a 125 display plus ~30 sump. The smaller pump pushes over 600gph and the bigger one is around 792gph. The return will also have to split into two b/c of the overflow design.

Most of my flow will be in tank. Just wanted to know if these pumps would be ideal.

I'm using the larger Tunze silence on my Oceanic 180. After the head loss it matches the throughput on my skimmer plus it is absolutely quiet.

I also have most of my flow in display tank with stream pumps. I love it thus far.

The 1073.04 is what I would recommend. The 1073.02 loses a lot of flow to head pressure and it would only return about 150gal on a 5ft high tank.
