Tunze service - excellent!

My 1½ year old Wavebox had been running smoothly when it suddenly 2 weeks ago broke down. The controller became very hot and cleaning as seen in the sticker etc did not help.

I put the whole thing in a box and sent it to Tunze in Germany - thinking I would have to pay $$$. But then again a new wavebox is expensive here.

A week later (!) I got it back repaired without any charges whatsoever and express shipping free.

I've been in this hobby long enough to appreciate the value of good customer service and Tunze is excellent.
