Is it possible to send in a osmolator for repair. I got it about 6 months ago, and it works periodically. It somehow formed a bubble on the controller, and it gets hot. I will post a pic. It still works, but not all the time. I have to unplug it a times to get it to start back up.

Yes, send it in we will replace it, but please include the pump, the bubble means the PTC overheated and a bad pump or wiring could be the cause.
