There are quite a few companies in this industry that produce well engineered, high quality products. Tunze is certainly one of those, but the reason I keep buying Tunze products (two Osmolators and a half dozen streams from 6000 to 6305s) is the service. Dealing with Roger is an absolute pleasure.
Anyone reading this who is torn between a Tunze and competitive product, please take service into account. If you ever have a problem or want to upgrade a part, if you own a Tunze product the process is going to be totally painless. Both Roger and Tunze have awesome reputations for really taking care of their customers and for good reason.
