Phenomenal Tunze support

I recently had an issue with a piece of Tunze equipment that Roger Vitko (Tunze USA rep) worked through with me. As usual, he went above and beyond my expectations. Whenever you are purchasing reef equipment, I would recommend that you always give Tunze consideration. Their products are well engineered and the customer support from Roger is unparalleled. I just wanted to provide some unsolicited feedback regarding a great experience from one of the Reef Central sponsors.

It’s good to hear he still, after 10+ years after me leaving the hobby and returning, is handling Tunze’s CS exceptionally well. Kudos to him. I dealt with him in the past, very good at what he does.
