I have a relatively new pump only used for water changes and the power cord has seperated from the pump's epoxy body. what can I do to repair this or should I just discard it?
If it is less than 2 years old and you send it in with an invoice we can certainly replace it under warranty. If it is more than 2 years old, we would discount a replacement if you sent the old one in.
It's roughly a year old but I don't have the receipt ant more. Can I have the mailing address I'll return it to you to have it replaced at reduced price I guess.
On a side note my Osmolator has been acting up lately, it's about three years old. Sometimes the water level will drop below the optical sensor. I have cleaned it and it'll work but then it will stop. What do you think it can be?
You might check with your vendor, most can get you a copy of the receipt.

Try soaking the optic sensor in vinegar for 2-3 hours and wiping it with a soft cloth, also make sure water is not dripping over it or splashing on it, if it is mounted on a baffle for example in the sump.
You are welcome to include it as well but please send the pump, power supply and controller.
