Tunze silence

I have a tunze silence that i recently notice the power cord looks broken when i was doing some cleaning. Is this repairable? Is this a defect? I am afraid to put this back in the tank.

Its a tunze silence 1073.20

It is not repairable, if the pump is less than 2 years old, we would replace it under warranty, you would just send it in with the receipt, if it is more than 2 years old, I will substantially discount a replacement.

I found my receipt it's just out of warranty i purchased it 3/7/11

One small problem is I have no 1073.020, I should be restocked in 2 weeks, because of this their is no rush to send it. They don't have any ready in Germany so I have to wait for the next production run.

Yes, we sent a replacement last Monday I believe, if I can get your name I will look up the tracking info but you should get it today if you did not get it on Friday.
