Tunze Skimmer Doc 9015 no foam

I have the skimmer for 4 weeks now, the blue screw to adjust the production of foam is all the way open. Yet, I get some foam , not much. The skimmer sits in my sump.
Water is coming out from the back hole as well the front ( blue foam exit) .

The little waste thats collected is black.....but in 4 weeks maybe 20ml of waste collected...........

Any input?

Either the airline is pinched or kinked or the venturi is faulty. If the airline nipple does not fit firmly in the venturi or if the venturi barrel easily pulls off the end of the pump, you have a bad venturi.

I took everything apart and reassembled the unit, seems to me the unit is producing more foam now. Should have certain parts handy just in case. What's your experience with this unit. I love Tunze and so far everything I acquired has been great. Hope the skimmer is no exception.
