Tunze Steam Rock Question

I have two stream rocks and two 6101 powerheads and am a little unsure how to set them up. I have a 220g mixed reef tank.

Should I place the rocks on the bottom of the tank near the back corners and aim them at the front glass?

Can I stack live rock on top of them?

They should be on top of some live rock so they do not suck in sand. You can place rock on top but keep in mind the pumps need to be removed at least every 6 months for cleaning. Don't make them hard to get to.
