Tunze stream 6100 manual

Does anyone know if there is a PDF format or online version of the manual for the tunze stream 6100?

I lost my manual and I need to know how to clean and take it apart. I'm running 2 6100's on a multi-controller. They've been running for 6 months and I noticed a HIGH PITCH noise. When I checked, it would make a noise when the pump would get stuck. Then when the impeller starts up it goes away.

I took off the cover and noticed a screw on the top of the impeller. How do I unscrew this? I was trying to remove it but seemed stuck and I didn't want to force it and break it.
