Tunze Stream 6205 clamp/holder

Hi,

I have a discontinued Tunze Stream 6205 that comes with an old design clamp without the blue rubber dampener. It is the loudest thing in my tank and I am thinking of ways to reduce the noise.

I was wondering if I can just buy the new design clamp that has the blue dampener? Or do I need to replace magnet holder as well in order to use the new clamp?

Yes, two things you could do that would quiet it a great deal is the newer drive unit (same part number, 6205.700) and the newer clamp 6065.650. They will both fit the original pump and magnet.
