Tunze stream "popping"

I have 4 tunze streams in my tank (3-6101 and 1-6105), 1 in each top and bottom back corner. They are hooked up to a 7095 multi controller set to interval 1. Pumps are connected so channel 1 is the top right and bottom left, channel 2 is the top left and bottom right. This way oposite corners are running at the same time. example top left and bottom right run at the same time.
Problem I any having is the tunze (6105) in the top right of the tank pops every 30 seconds or so when its channel is not running. It looks like it is getting a short jolt of power which is causing it to "pop". I cant figure out why the controller is sending this jolt or how to stop it. Other then that jolt and the associated popping sounds everything is runnng good.
Do i have a bad controller?

I've got nanostream 6055s hooked up to the controller and they get a short burst when not on, it's to keep fish or other critters from climbing inside and then getting diced when they come on full blast. Not sure about the popping noise but think the short burst is normal.

Yes, the short burst is normal this is what is referred to as the "fishcare" function in the manual. It is function of the pump and not the controller. The noise is do to the drive unit clapping against the bottom of the 6105 on start up. We don't have a final solution as of yet, but one will be coming in the spring. I can however send you an additional disk 6065.792 that will minimize this noise.

Hey roger,
Yea that would be great becuase the noise is really a bother. Do you want be to just PM you my address?

thanks,
Ken

Hey Roger,
Got the disk today. Just so I am clear, do I pull the impeller out and place it at/on the bottom of the shaft?

Thanks,
Ken
