tunze turbelle 6015 not working

Posting this in newbie room cause I feel like this is user error but brand new tunze 6015 Wont run. I plug in it hums a tiny tiny bit but no pump.

I just unpAcked put in tank plugged in

Am I missing anything?

Try removing the impeller and then put it back in.

ok I will play around with it tonight. it was late when I tried it and I gave up quick. Its also bigger in my tank thank I thought so might end up mixing my salt water anyway
