Hi,
Just got an e-jet which I have decided to supplement my 6105 to use both for water movement and to clean up my floating particles which have bugged me from day one. Its connected to a 7096
1) The std e-jet filter pad is a white "wool" style pad and quite large. I was wondering if there was simply a dark (black) foam replacement filter I could slip over the 1" intake tube or any other options to reduce the size of the filter pad. As I stated really looking for this to clean up small particles, which I am sure the std pad will do, however a black foam replacement may look a little more appealing for my continued use. I suppsoe I could also make one as well however wondered the Tuzne options.
2) Any options I can put on the outlet to defuse the flow, although I have it pointing into a large SPS colony so quite happy with the current arrangement. The small plastic clear flow defuser has broken so just using the pipe.
